“Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire” Art and an insatiable craving to learn to do new things has been a part of me always. I never turn down a chance to create or learn in a new medium. I have a good deal of natural talent for most mediums I’ve tried, but had never really stuck with any one thing long enough to hone my skills to a level I felt was enough to do something with. In 2013 I bought a set of metal stamps for putting words on metal jewelry, slowly that lead to working in copper, and in 2018 I picked up a torch for the first time and started creating in sterling silver. Today I continue to develop my skills in metalsmithing and silversmithing. YouTube and other online tutorials in addition to advice from other jewelry artists in Facebook groups have been my only teachers. As a mother of 4 boys ages 2-12, classes outside the home aren’t an easy option. Passion for my work keeps me trying and learning. I work in copper, brass, and sterling silver, along with gemstones and my own collection of found stones,  to create my own line of unique jewelry and custom or made to order items. Currently my website is under construction but my Facebook and Instagram have pictures of most pieces I create.
